A quest for human understanding is coming to
Christ Episcopal Church

May 5th at 4p.m.
Rabbi Aaron L. Starr of Congregation Shaarey Zedek, Southfield, Michigan will speak on Judaism, Standing on One Foot.
A violin used by concentration camp prisoners during Nazi atrocities in World War II will be played by Christ Church parishioner Dan Reed.
At a time of distrust with atrocities occurring in the United States and around the world, the event will offer insights into the bonds of shared humanity that unite us all.
The event is presented by the Taylor Series at Christ Church. The violin is made available by the Great Lakes Chamber Orchestra’s community-wide Violins of Hope program.
A reception in the parish hall follows the presentation. The public is welcome and there is no charge.
